HOW PACE STAT IS DETERMINED
• ACCELERATION
Involves a 5-yard station with lasers at the start and finish to accurately record the player´s ACCELERATION time.
• SPRINT SPEED
Involes a 20-yard station with lasers at the start and finish to accurately record the player´s SPRINT SPEED.
HOW SHOOTING STAT IS DETERMINED
• SHOOTING POWER
Players have 3 balls to kick with the right foot and 3 balls to kick with the left foot as hard as they can into a goal and their SHOOTING POWER is recored from the Radar System.
• FINISHING
Players shoot 15 soccer balls into a goal covered by a net, with only the corners of the goal open. The point system is as follows: top corners are 15 points, the bottom corners are 5 points. All shots must be taken within the one-minute frame.
HOW PASSING STAT IS DETERMINED

In this trainings mode displays lights randomly around the ICON and requires the Player to hit as many flashing lights as they can within the 1 minute time frame.
• MOMENTUM | ICON V2
Momentum is all about accuracy. The more accurate passes a player hit in a row, the higher the points for the next target. If a player miss, its back to square one with 1 point per target. Players must balance playing quickly with ensuring they hit each target accurately.
HOW DRIBBLING IS DETERMINED
• DRIBBLING
Timed dribbling trough cones, 15 yards total. Players start by dribbling 5 yards then weave between 6 stakes and dribble 5 yards and go around a stake. Players then dribble back through the stakes and dribble through the start line. Players will be laser-timed.
HOW SOCCER IQ IS DETERMINED
DECISION MAKING | MAESTRO | ICON V2
Accuracy is vital when playing Maestro, with points deducted for missing a pass. During testing, 2 green lights are on at time, worth 3 Points, with one orange worth 1 point, all other lights are lit red and are worth -1 point. When playing Maestro, good decision making is essential to get a good score. An orange light may be easily attainable but only worth 1 point and so going for a harder option of a green pass could be rewarding.
• VISION | ICON V2
Vision is extremely beneficial for developing scanning abilities. During this test mode, two lights will appear at each individual time. One blue, which is the light which needs to be hit initially, and one orange, which provides a visual stimulus to show where the next pass should be played. Once the first (blue) light is hit, the orange light will be change to blue and become the next available light to be struck.

• BASICS
We measure the player´s height and weight.
• JUMP POWER
We measure the player´s jump power with the VALD Force Desk.
• LONG JUMP
We measure the player´s long jump.
• STAMINA | FITNESS LEVEL
the point of the test is to run as far as possible within 12 minutes. Pacing is important, as the participant will not cover a maximal distance if they begin with a pace too close to an all out sprint. The outcome is based on the distance the test person ran, their age and their sex.
